Goodbye '07!

Adios! You were my favorite year yet! Had some hard times, but I got through them. I had my music, and my two best friends, and God, so it was all good. But I hope '08 tops you. ahahaha. This is my last blog of the year, and though I want to say some things, I'm kind of busy at the moment, so I'll do it next year. ahahahah. But hope anyone who reads this continues to next year!!!

Merry Merry Christmas!

I trust you all are having a very Merry Christmas. Just for kicks, heres what I got...A Flip Video camera. How fun is that? I love it. I also got an afghan my mother made me with matching slippers. Heres the greatest thing, I got a chemistry set like I suspected. Its wonderful and frightning all in one. First, I know nothing of chemistry...Second, it makes me a tad bit nervous having chemicals stored in my room that can burn through my skin and kill me... ahaha. But I'm sure I'll be fine. Pray anyway. I got some cash too. I'm upset though...My sister is the devil's spawn! And my mom accidently gave her $30 of my money. Now she can't take it back, that would be mean, and there no way my sister is giving it to me...So I'm a little short...Oh well. Guess I'll have to forfeit the bedsheets I wanted but couldn't get...

Listen to me, I sound spoiled. I hope you all got what was on your wish list! Again, Merry Christmas! (and a happy new year!)

Wow.

Apparently I'm in the blogging mood...ahaha. So yesterday I hung out with Merry. We saw Enchanted which was hilarious. Haha, then we went to Taco Bell(mmm, Chalupa) and Walmart and Meijer. We went back to my house and she was on the computer while I cleaned the kitchen. Then I proceeded to finish Twilight in the wee morning hours, leaving me with about four hours of sleep before I had church. But I didn't mind, the book was awesome. I went to church and I had nursery much to my suprise. I wasn't scheduled last week...But I went in there, it was nuts! There were only 11 kids, we've had way more before, but it was nuts!!!! Just about every kid needed their diaper or pull up replaced, and this kid Timothy who I'd never even seen before seemed quite attatched to me. He crawled to me almost immediately after I stepped in the nursery, and if I tried to put him down, he cried. When I wasn't holding him, I was holding Brandon, the wiggliest kid in the world! It was, well, testing my patience. I held up well. But Erica, the cutest little girl ever, on my lap so it wasn't bad. Plus, the person I worked with did all the diaper changing. I just had to catch whiffs of the lethal stuff occasionally. Hahah. But they kept me awake so its all good. Eh, I'm kind of hungry...I'm gonna go get lunch....Have a great Sunday afternoon!!!!

Check it out!

Attention! Potential readers out there whom I love! Please navigate your eyes to the left side of the screen. I added links to some blogs I would highly suggest reading. You may of realized that all but one are of people on tour. Thats why I suggest you read it. Funny things happen. Some things they say are insightful, others whimiscal, some make you feel bad for them...But read them. You'll enjoy them.

The other is my best friend's blog and I mentioned her below. Read it. She's a smart person. She'll make you feel smarter. ahaha. Really. She will.

I believe my friend Merry, who just got back from college for Christmas Break, and I will be going to see a movie today, so I'll let you all know how that goes just for the heck of it. We just have to decide on a movie...And what time to see it... I should probably change clothes...ahaha. I look kind of dingy in my stained over sized sweatshirt and all..... Running a brush through my unruly hair wouldn't be a bad idea either...a ahah.

I know what you all are thinking...How on earth does this girl find things to blog about? Oh, I can talk about anything. Well, anything thats not awkward.

So its true!!!!

Teenage girls all around the world are smitten with the fictional character Edward Cullen from the wildly popular book "Twilight" by Stephanie Meyer. I thought that was silly. To fall for a character in a book. But being a literature lover, and out of good books, I purchesed "Twilight" today, and have hardly been able to put it down. I myself...have fallen for Sir Edward Cullen. But it was pretty much inevitable. As a child I was very much in love with the cartoon Peter Pan, and I still think Peter is perfect. ahaha. Yeah, I'm a tad bit, um....I guess you could say eccentric, but it keeps me sane. Yeah, I smell the irony too. ahaha. Something you would think would classify me as insane is the exact reason I'm not....ahahahahha.
I just felt like sharing this with my possible readers out there. At least I know I have one regular now! My best friend Erika! Yes, she joined the blogging world. If I just tell her I posted I'm sure she'll read out of pure consideration. Ah, I love friends. ahahaha. I'll put the link to her blog up soon.
I'm pretty positive I'll blog at least one more time before Christmas, but just incase I'm deceiving myself, Merry Christmas to all of you! If you don't celebrate Christmas, happy holidays! May your holiday season be merry and bright!

Pet peeves....

We all have them. A few of mine...Not flushing the toliet after using it, not washing your hands after using the restroom, not knocking when entering someone's bedroom when they are in there, taking things don't don't belong to you(aka stealing) and starting a movie when as soon as it begins you go to sleep, take a shower, head to a friend's house ect ect ect. My sister has done that twice today! Ah! Sorry, had to rant a little....I'm done now...

~Samantha~

P.S. Someone read my blog! Yay! I feel...accomplished. Haha, must of been returning the favor...I've read his for like, the past month...

So today sucked!

Yeah, it really did. I woke up and I was all moody. As I put on my boots, my sister asked me where I was going. Where did she think I was going? I'm homeschooled, if any of my friends actually lived in the area, they'd be at school..."I'm getting the mail!" I practically yelled. Like usual, there was nothing for me except something from the Bill Rice Ranch(christian camp) which I can't really afford this summer. After she left, I was perfectally fine until the monster I call a brother came home. I can't even begin to explain what he is like. Its simply not worth it. Lets just say he really upset me, and hurt my back...Little demon...Yeah....After my mom went to work, and my brother went to bed though, I calmed down a bit...I came on here, checked the usual blogs I read... Hahaha, yeah, I read people's blogs. Garbo, Mike Schmid, Kay Hanley, Candice Accola. Haha, they're pretty interesting. And funny. Oh! And Iggy's.a ahaa. You are probably all wondering who the heck they are. Look them up. Really. Thats what the internet is for right? ahaha.

My mom told me one of my Christmas gifts is about $130...I pondered it for quite sometime...Until I had a sudden realization. Its probably that stupid science experiment kit that my stinking school curriculum wants me to have! I don't want that for Christmas! I want bed sheets! ahahaha. But I'll be grateful for it anyway if that is what it really is. Well, I'll try to be anyway...I just don't enjoy schooling too much so receiving something educational for Christmas other than books, which I do enjoy, its kind of disappointing.

I'm still trying to figure out if anyone actually reads this...But you know what? I don't care! ahahahaha. Eh, I gotta go clean the kitchen. Its almost 2 a.m., and it needs done before I can go to sleep.

Hasta la pasta. Don't ask why I said that, because I don't have an answer.

Wow I'm silly.

Hahah, so, yeah...Second blog today...I was looking through my earliest blogs(not like I had many to go through, but whatever) and I laugh at myself. ahahaha, I was talking about that crush I had on Mitchel Musso(btw, thats gone. He's cute and all, but, I've been over that silly crush for a while) and wanting to act. ahahaha. Yeah, acting is fun and all, but to tell the truth, I really don't think I would ever pursue acting. I think I'd rather be a writer. Which is also kind of silly considering I am absolutely terrible at coming up with ideas for things, my vocabulary is very limited(don't be fooled, I'm not as smart as I look =P) and I can't finish a story I ever start. So maybe I could be a journalist, traveling would be great! But who would ever want to read my opinion on things? bahaha, sorry. Tired...Optimism is gone. It'll be back later.... If I'm tired I should go to sleep right? ahahaha, no!!! I love to stay up! I'll be up for at least two more hours! But probably more...Eh, I'm rambling now and no one cares... Laterz!

So...

The holidays are upon us and people are busy bustling around, shopping for ungrateful little boogers, deserving friends, and parents. I love this time of year. Its my favorite! ahaha. Anyway, still don't think anyone reads this, but one day I may look back and wonder, "What the heck was I doing December 10th, 2007?" I highly doubt I'll write anything in my journal today, except what my little brother is getting for Christmas, but then again, that very well might be a terrible idea seeing as he is very very nosey and can't stand suprises. Yeah, I know, what's wrong with this kid? Same thing thats wrong with every other person in this world who doesn't enjoy a good suprise. Their stupid! ahaha, I'm just kidding.
So what am I doing today? Really, I have no idea. I'm planning on having my dad ship my friend Erika her Christmas/birthday present. Let me tell you, I'm one of the worst shoppers in the world. If I'm shopping for myself, I will walk around the store with something I want, then decide it would be best not to get it, and I go and put it back(where it belongs! Not in just any old place). If I do buy something, on the way home I'll think to myself I shouldn't have. Yeah, shopper's remorse. If I'm shopping for other people, I never know what to get them. Why? Because I'm a bad shopper! What more of an excuse do I need? Well, I hope she likes her gift anyway. I tried.
I should probably do some school...Haha, yeah, in case you don't know, I'm homeschooled...I should be in 12th grade, but like the stupid kid I am,(no I didn't fail anything) when I started homeschooling in 10th, I didn't accomplish anything that whole year. Yeah, sorry, but ACE curriculum wasn't cutting it for me. I have the attention span of a mouse and couldn't focus on my paces. So the next year, my mom had me do 10th with a different system. All my schooling is done on the computer, and its better, but sometimes I still skip days...I'm bad. If I pick up the pace, I bet I can finish 11th and 12th by this time next year. then I'll still be an '08 grad! Woo! Here's hoping.
I have to make cornbread...ahahah, thats something I have to do today. My mother is preparing her bean soup. It tastes wonderful, but its deadly...Sean(my brother) better not eat any or my whole family will die of deadly gases. Anyway, and she wants cornbread with it, so I gotta make it. ahaha.
Normally I would watch "Chuck" and "Heroes". Thats my monday night television...But sadly both of those are over for at least the next month or so...So what on earth will I do to occupy those two hours of time? I have no clue. I can't do anything, because I'm talentless... So I will just have to sit around and do nothing. Oh, maybe I'll watch "It's a Wonderful Life"...
On thursday, my cousin Amanda and I, along with my friend's sister and her friend, went to go see the Jonas Brothers and Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus in concert. Don't laugh, you know you wanted/want to see them too. I really wanted to go for the Jonas Brothers, but Miley is awesome(Miley haters, save it, this is my blog) so it was like a bonus! It was an amazing concert. Very energetic, great great fun. And our seats were pretty good too. I enjoyed seeing Kay Hanley, Garbo, Mike Schmid, and Iggy, all of whose blogs I read. As well as everyone else who plays an instrument for either Miley or JB, and all of Miley's dancers, the other back up singer, Candice. Ah, everyone who is a part of the tour and I happened to notice! They all do an excellent job at what they do. ahahhaha. Sad to say I didn't get to meet anyone, but oh well. Again, great great concert. I would go to another in a heartbeat. And I would practically kill to be a part of a tour. ahaha, how cool would that be?
Anyway, guess thats all...I should go do my school now before it gets too late...ahahah. If you read this, I appreciate it, but i'll probably never know anyone saw it. ahaha.
